I had to take some time off to let my body recover and because I was getting demotivated by a lack of progress. Now I know that I just have to try twice as hard!

Practiced doing one legged squats off a chair. Couldn't do them, so I switched to two legged squats not off a chair.

Ran 1 mile.

They are a special kind of Crossfit squat called "air squats" where you don't actually use any weight.

Getting nervous for tonight's WOD. High reps with the full 45 pound bar for squats and presses. I don't know if I'll be able to get too many.
