Last WOD we rowed. That's all we did, but we did it for 5 rounds of 500 meters with breaks in between.

It was kind of like doing MMA workouts for three minute rounds with breaks or like runners who run part of the track and then walk part of the track. Except that it was way more scientific, because it was Crossfit.

It sounds like you're getting charged $150 a month to use a rowing machine.

I'm sure you'll build all of the functional strength of an overweight woman walking on a treadmill for 20 minutes a day with that type of workout.

Oh, you mean Nano shoes. Yeah, I'm going to get a pair once I save up a bit more. I was told they would help me stabilize better so I don't shake so much during the lifts. I didn't even think about them helping me to jump higher. Thanks for the tip!

I beat one of the guys. But he was a lot older than everyone else in the class, so actually what he did was probably more impressive than me. It was actually one of the more impressive performances there, grading on a curve.

Why don't you save your $150 a month, join a gym for $40 a month and pay me $100 a month to tell you what your workouts should be. You save $10 that way.

Tomorrow your workout is.....running! You run for 10 minutes on a treadmill as fast as you can. Save yourself, though, because the next day you'll be doing jumping jacks!

Are you L-1 level certified? If not, I am going to avoid listening to your training advice.

Of course you won't listen to my advice. You're so full of BS you're not even thinking straight. Why else would you--a presumably young and very unfit male--be doing a workout geared towards young, fit women and old men? Does that make sense to you?
